CHANGES TO TERMS

You acknowledge and agree that we may revise these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion by posting the relevant revised and restated Terms on the Website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Website and/or any portion thereof, including any Service or product available through the Website, and/or your use of the Website, or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason with or without notice to you.

ENDING THE SERVICE

You can terminate the use of the Website and/or Services at any time, although we will be disappointed by your departure.

If you wish to stop using the Services, you may delete or suspend your account by accessing your profile page. Upon termination by Immigrationsquare or at your direction, you may request a backup of your data, which Immigrationsquare will make available to you. A charge fee may be applicable to you. Please contact us for more information about the backup fee. You must make such request at the notification of termination to receive such file within thirty (30) days of termination. Otherwise, any data you have stored on Immigrationsquare's systems may not be retrieved, and Immigrationsquare shall have no obligation to maintain any data stored in your account or to forward any data to you or any third party.

NOTIFICATIONS

You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with officio.ca or relating in any way to your use of the Services resides in the courts of British Columbia and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of British Columbia in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Immigrationsquare or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers and content providers.

ENFORCEMENT

If you violate the letter or spirit of these Terms, or otherwise create risk and/or possible legal exposure for us, we reserve our right, but do not assume the obligation, to investigate any breach of these Terms and suspend the delivery of the Services in all or part to you. We will notify you by email or at the next time you attempt to access your account. We may also delete your account. In all such cases, our agreement will come to an end.

Should we disregard or ignore any breach by you of our Terms or fail or delay in strictly enforcing our rights under these Terms, such action does not constitute a waiver of our rights and we reserve our rights in this regard.
